Asking For Self, Male 33, Jhelum
Hi, Good day, I will try to be brief about my current condition. I had lower back pain since 2014, on & off I was taking meds, but recently in Feb my condition got worse (back pain, lower leg pain & not being able to move) and in March it was so bad that I was rushed to the hospital in emergency, consulting with Dr. I went for surgery. Since then I have been taking precautions, no bending, sitting down, not long time sitting, no stairs, but so far I haven't been able to come to of it properly. My left leg is still numb to the toe. Pain is there, can't walk much. now I went to others Dr and most of them recommended surgery, some say to do the fusion fixation, replace the disc, put screws, or have a small surgery to remove the balance of bulged disc. Someday I with sound waves we will align your posture and it will be better. Now please tell me what should I do. What's best medical procedure? Thank you Regards
