mujhe ek mahine se kamar ke neeche (lower back) aur kabhi dono sides (hips ke paas) khinchao/pain feel hota hai. Aam taur pe dard zyada tab hota hai jab main bend karta hoon. Kya yeh muscle strain hai ya spine ka masla? Ya xray mana krwa ya kindly koi dekh ka bata sakta
