Talk to Neuro Physician on Movement Disorder Like Jerks In Body And Head And Pressure In Body

Salam, I went to Psychiatrist in 2017 he prescribed me Flux, Zedan and Alp dose was high after week of use i left it suddenly then i always had jerks in body and had minor paralysis in legs and also my lips turned itself inside then got normal after like 10 mins but i always had trembling problems and jerks in body. Now im 24 its starting to get bad i get severe pressure around my lips and jawline and neck and i get trembling in area around lips and in head like i keep my head staright and there are jerks and they get worse in public also in some event like an accident or stuff my head and body start shaking uncontrollably. I dont know how to tell my family about this i think its embarassing. Also while sitting staright to work i have this pressure in neck and lips and jerks but sometimes i am doing okay.
