We have consulted many neurologists. Some think that's the case of MS and some say this is wmd.

Sorry I accidentally deleted my previous comment.
I have reviewed the MRI and spinal fluid results. The findings do not strongly suggest Multiple Sclerosis or a serious white matter disease. The changes seen are more likely related to non-specific or age-related causes, and the spinal fluid results support this. So overall, this does not look like MS, and there is no need for alarm right now.
Of course, we can monitor things over time, but this is encouraging news. I am happy to hop on a call and talk through everything in more detail if that helps.

I don't know how to react to this news but currently another neuro-physicians suggested it to be a case of MS and she suggested imuran tablet for it. Multiple sort of tests are also happening to be done side by side. Then what do you say the purpose of that?

I completely understand how confusing and overwhelming this must feel. It is not uncommon for different doctors to interpret early or unclear findings in slightly different ways, especially when it comes to complex conditions like MS.
From what I have seen so far, including the MRI and spinal fluid results, the evidence for MS is not strong. That is why I felt it was important to share a more cautious and hopeful perspective.
As for the tests and the suggestion to start Imuran (which is azathioprine), that may be part of a broader plan to treat or rule out other autoimmune or inflammatory conditions. It does not necessarily confirm MS, but might be a precaution while the full picture becomes clear.
