I often suffer from severe pain in left arm at night. Is it normal? The pain is sometimes so severe that it disturbs my sleep. Also associated with pain in left leg but that's not quite often.

How it's related to neurology? Like I'm a bit concerned that whether it's just beacuse of calcium and vitamin deficiency or something is serious about it?

It is not normal to have pain in your arm at night so much so that it disturbs your sleep. Pain in the arm can be related to a condition known as brachial neuritis. A neurological examination followed by an electrophysiological test known as nerve conduction velocity or NCV is required in order to reach a diagnosis. For treatment you need non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ( NSAIDS) and physiotherapy
