Asking for Mother, Female, 50 years old, Gulistan-e-Johar
My mother is a diabetic and hypertensive and right now she is also getting treated for psoriasis and eczema. For the past 10 days she is complaining of sudden needle like sensations in both her hands and feet during random times of the day but especially at night that she has to wake up from her sleep. She is currently being treated for severe eczema of hands and feet as well.

sh may be having vitamin b12 deficiency it occurs in diabetic patients. or it may be due to neuropathies that occur in diabetes.
give her injection methycobal IM atleast 5 injections on alternate day.

Your mother's symptoms of needle-like sensations in hands and feet, especially at night, could be related to diabetic neuropathy, a common complication of diabetes. The current treatment for eczema on her hands and feet might also be contributing to her discomfort. We need to assess her nerve function and possibly adjust her diabetes management. Have you noticed any changes in her sensation or mobility? Are her blood sugar levels well-controlled?
