Talk to Neuro Physician on Post–spinal Surgery Walking Difficulty With Hip Pain

My mother has had three surgeries on her spine, including fusion and fixation, but she is still unable to walk. She follows all the exercises recommended to her, yet she cannot walk without assistance. She uses a walker, and sometimes she experiences severe pain in her hip joint, which makes it very difficult for her to move. I don’t know where to take her or what to do. Please recommend a good solution
