Asking For Self, Male 34, Karachi
I have spinal pain for over 06 years now. In the beginning, after the suggestion of an orthopedic doctor I went to physiotherapy sessions for over a month but the pain relief was temporary. After some time I consulted a neurosurgeon (a professor doctor and an HoD) who referred surgery to which I was skeptical and ignored it. Now in the report it seems that it has progressed to L4-L5 as well. Kindly suggest should I go for surgery? or there's any non surgical "spinal decompression therapy" I can look into. (Report Attached)
its multi level disc disease
at young age it needs evaluation
I don't have the previous report for comparison, but the decision for surgery is based on your symptoms. If you don't feel like it has worsened, then whatever the scan says is irrelevant.

last year the reports had disc bulge at L5-S1 but now its at L4-L5 as well. My office routine involves 8 hours of computer work, that might have been a contributing factor?
