Spinal Cord Problem With Severe Pain.

Question

My brother he is now 27 years old , since 2023 he has facing severe  back pain (spine) and both legs some time feel pain, He did 2MRI ..he consulted with multiple Doctors  Neurosurgeons Orthopaedic, physiotherapist and Nero Physicians but not satisfied.These Doctors told him you need spinal surgery, now he is not ready for spinal surgery.
if any other type of treatment without spinal surgery, you (Doctors) suggest Him the best way.
