Talk to Neuro Physician on Temple And Head Tightness

About a week ago, I developed palpitations, head heaviness, left-sided temple/facial sensations, and a significant blood pressure spike. MRI Brain, MRA Brain, Carotid Doppler, ECG, blood tests, and thyroid tests have been normal. Holter monitor report is pending.

Currently, my main symptom is an intermittent tightness/stretching/crawling sensation in the left temple area with occasional head heaviness. It comes and goes, is often noticeable after meals, and can be reproduced by clenching my teeth. I do not have facial drooping, speech difficulty, vision loss, or limb weakness.
