Talk to Neuro Physician on Trembling

My hands tremble when I try to keep them still, and I also feel the same shaking in my body when I apply force or pressure. Even when I drink water and try to keep my head still, it starts to shake. This has been happening for about 4 months, and I can’t understand whether it’s due to weak muscles or something else. Is there a permanent solution for this?

Need to examine and investigate for proper diagnosis and treatment
First of all your history is incomplete. I would like to know whether someone in your family(blood relative) has a history of essential tremors(tremors during actions). Also, if there are any associated symptoms e.g muscular weakness,numbness, difficulty walking, bladder dysfunction,memory disturbance, headche,fits, weight loss, heat/cold intolerance, taking any medications for another disease, or alcohol/drugs history. Please provide detailed history related to all these functions so that i can be able to give you a probable diagnosis

My grandmother is suffering from this only her age is 70-80 Instead, of her no one is suffering and I don't have any weight issue my weight is about 65-70 and I don't know if I have any muscular weakness, no problem in waking , headache happen sometime when use too much phone or screen time and few days before in my university there came a doctor team they are testing bone conditions and I also do that test doctor say normal quantity is 85 but I have 55 which is too much less and I also have reports if you want to see and I have issues like acne on face . that is all
