She is being suffering from severe headache for the past 2 weeks, on the recommendation of neurologist we did MRI but the medicines are not effective. We have a doubt maybe it a dental issue.

Sometimes associated with menstrual periods there are other triggers like empty stomach, so it would be common in Ramzan. Also going out in the afternoon sun , strong perfumes can act as triggers. Lying down in a dark room particularly having a nap frequently works
