Wilson Disease

Question

My brother has diagnosed copper in brain and because of that his left hand shakes. He is taking medicine for about six months but no improvement. And his stomach becomes disturb and loses his appetite. 
Lungs are working well and liver is fine. 
Kindly guide about the treatment that cover the shaking of hand.
