Talk to Neuro Physician on Writer's Cramp

In 2006, I had a wrist dislocation after a bicycle accident, treated with plaster. Initially I recovered, but later developed progressive difficulty in writing. Since 2018, I started experiencing hand numbness during writing. Since 2022, I can write only for a few minutes before my hand becomes completely numb. I am now unable to participate in exams. Typing also causes wrist pain, and my handwriting has significantly worsened. I have been evaluated at Dhaka Medical College, BSMMU, and NITOR with NCS, X-ray, and ultrasound, but no definitive diagnosis or lasting improvement was found. I also suffer from severe pain in both legs while sitting or standing, neck pain with restricted movement, jaw pain while speaking, frequent headaches, and swelling with pain in the left ankle.
