it has been few days, I have pain in my left hand. its difficult to move my arm or hand. I am feeling lethargic all the time.. at times i feel like i cant move at all.. lightheaded, also having headaches/ migraine . it gets better at some point in the day but its not going away.. also swelling in neck,arm and forearm.

As it’s not just headache but pain and swelling of the arm you need a physical examination and not online consultation. Kindly make an appointment to see a good physician and be prepared to have imaging ( MRI) of neck shoulder and arm if the physician advises.
