First of all for chemo you should take care of every little things
Avoid fruits eaten with their peel like guava, dates, grapes.
Consume fruits like banana, melon, orange.
Filter boiled water only
Fresh cooked food only, not even 1 day old.
Avoid every dry fruit, nuts.
Packaged milk/yogurt only
For weight gain, increase the number of meals. Give shakes etc and supplement as well.
