Avoiding chicken is not the solution because, besides all the propaganda against broiler chicken and eggs, they provide very important and essential protien which are essential for the proper growth. Chicken can be replaced with other protien sources like fish, mutton etc and all these calculations and meal alternation require expertise so it is better to consult a nutritionist so that you can get best and safe advice. We can prepare a diet plan for you which will help you reduce PCOS and weight etc. For further details, you can call us on 042-32591427, , 042-32591427, or 042-32591427,

Dear, Broiler chicken has not been proved to be contra indicated in young females and PCO, but if you are concerned then take Misri chicken or farm chicken ,

No as such chicken is not too bad.
