wassalam.
I would recommend that their food choices be modified and brought towards more healthier choices. Nutritional supplement alone cannot normalize the growth and development of a child.
Thank you

I disagree on the use of pediasure. It contains a significant amount of added sugar that should not be a part of a child's regular diet. A proper balanced diet is essential. It is a misconception that a supplement will fill in all the blanks created from poor dietary habits. I personally only prescribe supplements after proper consultation, and only what is needed.

Dietary habits are learned behaviours. Parents have to teach their children how to eat healthy for their own good. Just as you would not let a child play in a busy street, you also should not let them consume junk food regularly.

Hello dear
I'm not an advisor of additive supplements at this young age. First of all how much they weigh. If they're way underweight that is an alarming sign. Otherwise kids they gain and loose weight periodically. Second try to have family meal like let them sit with you and your husband so they'll know it's a dinner time or breakfast or lunch. For 9 and 12 they should have 2 eggs every morning. You can add kids gummies for additional nutrients. Steamed broccoli, or veggies are very healthy option rather than fried food. Organic butter should be incorporated either just butter and bread or a French toast with honey. Sweet potatoes in this season is a very healthy option as well. Sweet potatoes fries are all time kids favorite. If you need a full diet chart O could do that as well.

Try to incorporate maximum number of fruits, yogurt, milk, dates, nuts in the diets of your children. Give them options to choose from and don't force them to eat anything as they will resist naturally.
Make nutrient dense snacks for them e.g. fruit milkshakes, smoothies, panjeeri.
For a detailed consultation, you may book an appointment.

Walaikumsalam, hope you are doing well. Managing a healthy diet does not require a magic pill or a supplement, it's a process that revolves around opting for healthy eating habits. Don't give them any supplements, just focus on improving their diet. If you want a customized plan according to their age, weight, height, and physical activity, please reach out to me,
