Talk to Dietitian/Nutritionist on Dietitian / Nutritionist

I'm 21 years old Male. Height 5'9'' and weight 57kg . I have this kind of swelling below eyes for a long time (Pictures attached). I got it checked from Eye Surgeon, General Physician and used following medicines (Dexachlor drops, cap. cefiget, occumox ointment, moxiral eye drops, amgydex eye ointment) but all in vain.

I've also done Lfts and Rfts they're also normal.

1) Someone told me that it's due to deficiency of some vitamins and dietitian will prescribe you. kindly guide.
