Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
In My Daily routine i wake up 8 o clock Morning and eat one apple with one glass of water and eat some dry fruit.
in lunch fresh orange juice with snacks.
in dinner eat chapati or fruits.
Before sleep dirnk one glass milk.
This is my daily routine.
on weekend i mostly eat fast foods.

Include physical activity in ur routine start with 30 minutes brisk walk a day u need a customized diet plan for that u can book appointment

First of all avoid processed foods and packaged meat.
Include fresh salads, lean meat and whole grains.
Drink skim milk. Avoid full fat milk or cream
Exclude white sugar from your diet
Avoid tea whiteners and creamers.
Drink lots of water.
Control your portion size.
And try to take time for exercise atleast 4 to 5 days a week.
