I m 23 years old with 5.2 feet height 3 years ago i did a crash diet and loose 10 kg,s in a month at that time my weight was 64 kg but i also lost my face fat after that i did everything to gain my face fat like overeating ,bana samoothies ,but nothing work except i gain body weight plz told my that is there any thing that i can do to gain face fat back i don,t want to do fillers and grafting
