thanks for choosing the marham platform. she can have it but the size will be the palm-size and make sure to give her lean meat option i.e. without fat and bone. better is to add only a tsp oil on a pan and cook slowly or sray oil over it and steamed it. because the smoke point of olive oil is low as compared to other oils.

It's better to avoid mutton due hidden trans fat. Olive Oil can be used for seasoning of salad. You can give her grilled veggies and chicken kabab. Please visit a dietitian for detailed customized diet plan.

It’s better that she avoids red meat which includes mutton for better heart health and recovery. She can use it occasionally but not daily.

dear fellow Its better for you to get individualized care plan rather than knowing one
thing or the other.and my request is from all the worthy dietitians please don't answer questions.only provide services to the people who think to get individualized treatment plan.our field is different.we need complete history.which is not possible by just positing queries and their probable answers.
