Extra virgin olive oil is good for health. I'd recommend you to take your mother for a thorough check up first

Best oil for cooking is mustard oil. First of all fully fry raw mustard oil until it’s all fog go away. Then let it cool and save in a bottle to use it for cooking purpose.

Extra virgin olive oil has heart health benefits, but it isn't good for frying foods, such as the onions used to make sullen. Different oils have different benefits and risks. Use the oil best suited for the dish you are making and keep it to an absolute minimum. Should not be depending on just one type of oil.

Heart health and reducing BP isnt based just on which oil is being used. It is a combination of dietary and lifestyle habits, as well as good mental health.

AoA.!
Olive oil is not bad for heart health. But its improper usage can make it dangerous for health. Do not use olive oil while cooking or frying purpose. Use it only in raw form like 1 tea spoon per day as seasoning only. Use oils like canola, sunflower, mustard, corn oil etc for cooking purpose.
Please book your appointment for further advice and customized diet plan for her.

Extra virgin olive oil is best for heart health and for lowering cholesterol levels. It should only be used in seasonings. If it'll be use in cooking it will become rancid and lost its characteristics. For cooking, use canola, corn, mustard or sunflower oil in small quantities.
Kindly book appointment with cardiologist for your mother and a dietitian for proper dietary needs.
