your BMI is 20.at 23 BMI value you will achieve the body weight.you need to add high protein high calorie snacks along with major meals.
the 2nd issue is of your height.as height is genetically inherited trait so nothing to do with it.just avoid stretching exercises.if you are above 20 then no need to worry because the ratio of height increase is in cm or even in mn per year.
