Hello,
Although most adults won't grow taller after age 18 to 20, there are exceptions to this rule. First, the closure of the growth plates may be delayed in some individuals , If the growth plates remain open past age 18 to 20, which is uncommon, height could continue to increase.
There is formula called mid parental height.
Add the mother's height and the father's height in either inches or centimeters.
Add 5 inches (13 centimeters) for boys or subtract 5 inches (13 centimeters) for girls.
Divide by two. that is the result
in my opinion considering your parental height , your height seems good and average for the girls in Pakistan.
Thanks
boys stop growing after 17-18years. your height is within normal.
if you want further increase, operation is an option.
