recently pichly 2 months my mra 10 kg weight loss huwa ha.maybe shayat bakra eid my mny meat zyada kha kya tha or isky wajah mjhy food poison hogaya or ak mahinay tak pait kharab raha or ab ma bohat kamzor sa hogaya hn.Plus ab mry khurak bhy kum hogaye ha ab zyada khana bhy nahy khaya jata or bohat kamzor hogaya hn .I really need to be fit. Please really needed some serious suggestions and help. Thank you 😊

U need to add more protein in ur diet like chicken broth or simple chicken steam, grilled chicken, pulses, eat meat in moderation not too much, avoid red meat... Add milk and yougrt and cheese... Also add carb like roti,whole grain food in every major meal...breakfast Lunch and... dinner... Eat with small gaps

Add proteins (eggs, fish, meat) to your diet. Also add protein rich shakes (like banana or dates milkshake) to your diet. Eat 5,6 small meals a day. Try to eat soft foods (like khichri, custard, daliya, rice pudding or kheer) if you're not tolerating chapatti. Eat fruits.
