Talk to Dietitian/Nutritionist on Insomina,Withdrawing Benzo

Can insomina be treated by a Nutritionist?i am withdrawing my mom cloznpam tab on my own,by a plan from UK practitioner (they do this welfarely).As my trust from the PK,Sr is gone.I was consulting a psychiatrist she instantly stop benzo and give anti depressants antipsychotic and melatonin.?Even the research say no tablet van be replacement for the benzo.It only treatment is to withdraw slowly.Don,t know does Pakistani Doctors do..Now i wanna ask Nutritionist or Psychologist will help me treating withdrawal symptoms.!
