ketogenic diet is good if it is prepared customized and is supervised by a nutritionist. it helps you in rapid weight loss but it has very limited nutrient so to avoid nutrient deficiency, you must remain in contact with a nutritionist otherwise it may cause hair loss, nail and skin damage. for further details, you can call me on 042-32591427, or 042-32591427,

I do not recommend a ketogenic diet. It can be helpful for specific conditions (e.g. inflammation) but its not for everyone. We have three macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats) and each have a function in our body. The keto diet greatly reduces the quantity of carbohydrates we consume, thus reducing this macronutrient from out diet. While everyone should eliminate processed/refined carbohydrates from their diet (i.e., white flour products, bakery items, etc.), we should eat whole grains. There are other sustainable ways for weight loss also :)
