recently I have heard about konjac noodles and rice which are low in calories and carbs can anyone please guide me that should I add them in my weight loss diet bcoz I really crave for rice and noodles

U can definitely eat brown rice or boiled rice or noodles.. take in small amount eat in morning or dopehr and then do some exercise or house chores..
however, follow a proper diet plan to get in proper shape in a healthy way.. otherwise u will regain weight after some time with lack of motivation
you can eat them occasionally in your diet they are rich in fiber and lower the cholesterol level in the body but add some healthy kind foods in your diet as well
