On Average, in last year, I lost 4 KG without any efforts.

Recently, I had a small surgery, and my general surgeon was worried about my weight loss, so he did sigmoidoscopy - but it went well, and no issue was found. Then he prescribed a few tests, which I did from AgaKhan in Pakistan. CBC Stool DR + Occult blood + H. pylori LFT TSH, FT3, FT4 S. Testosterone Urine DR

Mostly, they were fine, but few enzymes were elevated in LFT and H. Pylori was Positive and other small infections found. I'm on medication: Amoxil and Klaricid + Ganaton & Risek for fullness.
