Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Lahore
Hello, I needed help with an issue for which I am willing to pay consultation fees if someone can guide me in detail:
I want to understand how manufacturers ensure 0g of sugar in a product because according to my understanding, natural sugars always exist amongst different ingredients.
For example, even if you took a simple multi-grain flour consisting of red bean flour, chickpea flour, and flaxseed flour, it still results in some amount of sugar - around 2g/100g.
How can I eliminate it as well to ensure 0 grams of sugar?

According to FDA sugar free means One serving* contains less than 0.5 grams of sugars, both natural and added. (Also: free of sugar, sugarless, no sugar, zero sugar, or trivial source of sugar.) Products with sugar claims often contain a sugar substitute or low-calorie sweetener. This is how they can contain less sugars but maintain the sweetness expected in the food or drink.
