Thank you.
if diet is balanaced and there is no sign and symptom of any nutritional deficiency than there is no need. other wise if you feel you can take multivitamins for 3 months and than discontinue its intake.
Book appointment because of we need proper infromation like current weight, height ,age and any health related issue. Book appointment
u should ask that one who made a diet plan for her because she knows her history and bod body conditions and biochemical test history.
we dont recommend multivitamins until the patient does not have a deficiency of it
Make sure to take all essential vitamins in your diet. Being a nutritionist I don't recommend multivitamin supplements before age of 40. If she is feeling weakness than make sure that either diet plan is according to her body needs or not?

Dear, a complete diet plan will not let you short of any vitamin, and complete nourishment is included in it to avoid any deficiency. For diet plan, you can book an appointment with me or find me on Instagram as Nourish with Zoya. If taking supplements is necessary, she can take perfectil or centrum.
Try consuming food items from all food groups, in this way u will not be needing any extra multivitamin.
If still she feels weakness then kindly book an appointment for detailed consultation
Regards
Depends on the kind of diet, if diet plan is having less proteins minerals and other necessary vitamins in it then we recommend multivitamins.
no it's not needed! with proper and balanced diet you dont need any multivitamins. unless you diagnose with deficiency!
dear, in balanced diet there is no need to use multi vitamin except excessive deficiency cases.instead of multivitamin use all food groups in your diet. instead of dieting make clean eating your habit.for further u can book an appointment through marham
If she is taking a balanced diet that there is no need of supplements but if she is diagnosed with any deficiency than some multivitamins can b recommended.
make sure to consume food from all food groups no need to take multivitamin with balanced diet for further details book an appointment
Include colorful veggies and fruits in your diet.
Make sure the plan she is following is one that can be followed long-term. Taking drastic measures for a short time rarely results in sustainable weight loss. If her diet is healthy and balanced, there is no need of vitamin supplements.
If there isnt any weakness there isnt any need of multivitamins
Assalam alaikum kindly book an appointment for complte plan and recommendation of multivitamins.
it requires complete history than able to suggest you

If there is not any weakness, there's no need to take multivitamins. But on the other hand its pretty normal to take some vitamins in the form of supplement like surbax z to meet his severe nutritional defeciencies.
