You can yogurt which is available commonly as it is a good source o of probiotics i.e., your good gut bacteria. Moreover the lack of energy you’re facing might be due to your illness which can be eradicated by following a proper diet plan for which you can book an appointment. But before consuming yogurt even, you must specify the disease or illness you’re suffering from as yogurt consumption might be restricted in certain diseases.

hey! firstly, drink plenty of water while you are taking antibiotics.
Have probiotic sup before taking antibiotics, this will help you to cope up with diarrhoea and other side effects
Moreover, avoid fibre rich food while taking antibiotics, this will reduce the absorption level of antibiotics.
once your antibiotics course is over, you can eat fibre rich food (nuts, lentils , veggies etc) this will help in growth of healthy bacteria. Till than, use prescribe probiotic supplement and drink plenty of fluid. may you recover soon.

Assalam alaikum.
Dear, that's the fact that antibiotics kills the good bacteria that are present in our gut and provided us energy along with immunity.
so kindly if you have stop taking antibiotics then you have to take (1cup) yogurt in morning time without sugar.
you can take cheese or kefir.
and in the mid morning snacks you have to take bananas, watermelon for further details kindly book an appointment with me.
