Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, sahiwal
I am 21yrs old guy from Sahiwal. My weight is 106kg, the question is how to overcome this following any proper diet plane or exercise? Not overweight from childhood, gained this much in few years. I am a student of computer science and freelance graphic designer so most of time i work lying or sitting. Joined a gym 3 months ago and los 4 kg's only following the exercises daily and a diet plane. OR If you can suggest me a diet plan or recommend a good and economical nutritionist. Thanks
