first of all change your eating habits , avoid refined foods such as refined sugar, flour, canned and preserved foods, high fatty foods. try to eat high protein foods like eggs, lean chicken, fish etc. do 40 minutes of cardio workout like running, cycling etc..

okay dear.
first do not panic. it can be treated through the diet and exercise.
1) kindly avoid taking processed and packaged foods first.
2) try to eat home made food as much as possible.
3) increase your water intake but make sure you are not taking water with the meal or right after it.
4) have 2 -3 fruits per day
5) add salads in your meal
6) handful of nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds etc)
7)chew the food properly. a very simple and basic rule.
8) exercise at least 40 mins per day (with cardio in the start and adding strength exercises with it)
