meri age 24 ha but mera weight bhut zaida ha .aor m apni age se zaida bari lagti hun ...walk be proper krti hun and green tea be laiti hun .but sath m oili khana khna means pharata be lay laiti hun aor roti and rice be normaly khati hun but now want to loose my weight .....please suggest me how to loose please

You have not indicated what your current weight is. Green tea and walking are never enough when it comes to losing weight. You need first to look at how much sugar you are consuming and how much oil you are consuming. Consumption of both need to be reduced. Excessive amounts of white bread and white rice have to be controlled. Make sure you are are walking briskly for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Make sure you are spending time out in the sun every morning.

mera weight 90 ha height zaida ha thats why feel nhi hota but chalty hoye mujh saans char jata ha ....and white bread mujhe kis amount m laini chahye .....sugar itna use nhi krti ...normal ha use ha ....mujhe period ka prob ha us ke leye mujhe doctor ne kaha ha weight looose kre aor med di ha glucophage and fairimozdi ha
vo use kar rahi hun walk m evening m krti hun kindly mujhe koi diet plan bta dain jo follow kro bcz m sargodha m rahti hun aap se mil nhi skti due to job
