Hello Dear,
During the course of my practicing nutrition and providing consultancy, I
have studied numerous multivitamin supplements and a similar number of
medical reps visit me on daily basis. I haven't seen even a single
effective multivitamin. There is no multivitamin in Pakistan that can be
effective to the fullest and a very meager percentage of the constituents
is absorbed in the body. Many of the ingredients are not halal and
trustworthy. They rather cause harm to the internal body organs.
It is better to meet the body requirement of multivitamins through food
sources. I hope my reply served the purpose.
