Triglycerides Level Extremely Dangerous

Question

My son age 36 has triglycerides level 7.89 in 2019. 5.65 in 2018 and 3.87 in levels are in extremely high dangerous attaching picture of medicine hes has not been advised regarding diet not fat but has some belly is settled in canada.

Alright  of all, I ll suggest u to go for some nutritional health status assesmnt  and try to consume good fats. And avoid fatty  specially trans fats. For belly fat I ll recommnd some workout along with some dietry guidlines and Nutritional plan . u can Book appoinment for online consultation.
