I am 25 years old. My weight is 56 kg. I have low appetite thats why i am not able to consume more calories through meals. kindly suggest me any supplement and multivitamin to gain weight.

first.. donot go for the supplements right away...
get your labs done. your hb, cbc each and everything...
secondly... start with small frequent meals. Donot consume a heavy meal as you will feel heavy.
Chew properly
Do no t take water with the meal..
Go with complex combination of foods that will provide you with maximum nutrients.

Breakfast at 10 Am ( White bread,egg,tea)
lunch at 3 pm usually a glass of milk
Dinner at 8pm. ( 2 wheat bread with curry)

small changes make big difference. Increase portion slowly but firstly make these food more caloric dense like take 2 eggs at breakfast. Instead of having a glass of milk take milk shake. easy right??
