A.OA. I am 26 years old. My height is 5.7 feet and my weight is 54 kg. I am trying to gain weight but i am not able to eat a alot. Please suggest my some high calories snacks and food supplement as well because i did not have good appetite. I cannot consume required calories through food only. please recommend any snacks and food supplement.

You need to book your appointment with a dietitian for your customized diet plan and nutritional advice. Every person has a different body type and different energy requirement so we can not say a generalized statement for everyone.
On the other hand, I would advice to not go for the supplements. Try to gain weight through diet only.
