Experiencing weight loss from the past year which is not evident in figures (no notable change when measured) but overal physique looks weak , arms & wrist look weak & feeble and overall body & muscle mass seems reducing and an evident facial fat loss despite improving diet. Got tested for diabetes and thyroid. Menstrual cycle is normal but bleeding is low (on just first 2 days). Overal health seems not good.
