Salam, I want to ask if I can take fish oil capsules and turmeric curcumin tablets at the same time? No medical history as such! Just PCOS! I have fish capsules of seven seas and turmeric by nutriafactor

Yes, you can fish oil capsule daily, look for their EPA content which should be 1-1.2g
Turmeric capsules are good, their bioactive component curcumin should b 500mg, take 2 capsules per day
