You are young. If you will eat a perper diet not over eating. Avoid calori dense food. Don't worry it will disappears with the passage of time.
Starting a diet right after C section is not a good option. Your weight will automatically reduce by breast feeding. Eat frequent small meals and avoid fatty fried food, white flour, eat more fruits and salads.
