MY current weight is 56 kg and my height is 5 Feet 7inches. This weight is low as compare to my height. Plz sir give suggestion what I should do


56 kg is not necessarily low for someone who is 5'7". However if you really feel that you want to increase your weight slightly, I would start with adding more nuts and dry fruit to your diet. They are calorie and nutrient dense, as well as providing some additional protein. Focus on weight training to also help bulk up a little.
