Assalamualaikum docter! I am 23 years old, height 5'6" and my weight is 80 kgs. I am a mother of a one year old baby, born via c section. No major health issues though I was HCV positive 3 months back but I recently completed my medicine course and Alhamdulilah I am normal now. I have been a bulky figure throughout? my life and I know that is due to my habit of binge eating and "stress" eating. I have major fat on my buttocks and thighs. Recently developed back fat( bra fat) also. I seriously need to loose weight and get in shape and I am ready to get on a nutritious plan. You need to deal with the psychological issues that are causing you to binge eat and stress eat. Waiting until just two months before an event to lose 10kg really is not the right thing to have done. Ideally you should allow yourself one month for ever 2.5kg you need to lose. Rapid weight loss only slows your metabolism, which means that your body will easily regain the weight and then some, and any future attempts at weight loss will be even more difficult if not nearly impossible.
