does this routine help me in weight lose along with ½ an hour walk?

Morning (on waking up) a. 1 glass warm water b. 5–6 almonds + 2 walnuts (soaked overnight)

? Breakfast (7–8 am)

1 boiled egg or besan/daal cheela or vegetable omelet

1 cup green tea (no sugar)

Mid-Morning Snack (10–11 am) a. 1 apple / guava / papaya b. Pumpkin seeds (1 tbsp)

? Lunch (1–2 pm)

a. 1 ½ medium laal aata roti b. Any seasonal sabzi (avoid too oily/fried) c. Salad (cucumber + tomato) d. Curd (½ cup, unsweetened, optional)

☕ Evening Snack (4–5 pm) Green tea 1 small handful roasted chana OR makhana

? Dinner (6:30 pm)

a. 1 ½ medium laal aata roti b. Light salan (prefer sabzi, daal, or grilled/boiled chicken)

After Dinner (optional, 8–9 pm. if hungry) a. warm turmeric milk (½ cup)
