Morning (on waking up) a. 1 glass warm water b. 5–6 almonds + 2 walnuts (soaked overnight)
? Breakfast (7–8 am)
1 boiled egg or besan/daal cheela or vegetable omelet
1 cup green tea (no sugar)
Mid-Morning Snack (10–11 am) a. 1 apple / guava / papaya b. Pumpkin seeds (1 tbsp)
? Lunch (1–2 pm)
