Protein supplements in addition to set percentage of Carbohydrates helps but only protein rich diet refers to Keto or Atkins Diet that is for weight loss. Not all Vitamin are involved in metabolism and intake of their inproper amount leads toward complications of Hypervitaminosis.

vitamins and minerals contain zero calories in them.but they are necessary for many metabolic
pathways and serve for bodily maintenance.as for as protein are concerned red meat , eggs, beans etc will provide enormous proteins along with other essential nutrients.Get your adequate and desirable nutritional distribution of carbs, fat
and protein along with micronutrients
