You can gain weight easily by following these simple steps:
1- Take 4-5 Dates daily in the Early Morning before Breakfast,
2- Take 1 Egg daily in any form
3- Drink one glass of milk two times a day
4- Take tea 30 minutes after the meal not before meal or just after meal.
5- After 2 hours breakfast take one glass of Fresh Fruit juice or any 2 seasonal fruits daily.
6-Take salad with your lunch and eat only 1 chapatti at a time in any meal. 7-In the evening take Raisins (Kishmish) or 1 Glass Banana shake
8- Take green tea right after Dinner
9- Always take 6 Almonds or 3 Walnuts one after Dinner.
10- Walk for 5 minutes after every meal
11- Drink 2 litter or 7-8 glass of Water daily.
