I was 52 in march but now im 56. I gain 4 kg weight in 4 mnths. Now i want to ask which lab tests i go for.

Dear, if its comfertablle visit the nutritionist personaly beacause there are many things to be assessed. on a lighter note increase your water intake , add physical activity in your daily routein, and decrease the portion size of your meal. thanks
