I am trying to lose weight from like past 6 months but with diet, i am taking any sweet stuff I take only 1 -2 chapati a day and do exercising for 45 minutes day include (squats, running , walking , stretching , jumping jacks and pushup) but still it's not helping and I am getting depressed day by day
